DHRC Student Advisory Board Screening of 120 Years: The Story of Scott Lewis

The Student Advisory Board of the Duke Human Rights Center @ FHI will host a screening of “120 Years”, a documentary about a man named Scott Lewis, who spent twenty years in prison for a double homicide he didn’t commit. Scott was framed by rogue detectives in the New Haven Police Department, but he represented himself from behind bars and ultimately won his freedom and exoneration.

After the documentary screening, we will host a Q&A with the film’s director, Yale undergraduate student Matt Nadel, and representatives from the Durham criminal justice community.
