Historic Walking Tour of Pauli’s Durham

Pauli’s Durham Tour is a 1-hour walk into Durham’s history of racial segregation and the West End Neighborhood.
Aya Shabu and friends share stories about Pauli Murray’s multi-racial ancestry and heritage, the significance of Black Civil War soldiers, the Freedman Schools movement, and long-time local residents to illuminate this unsung she-ro and her childhood home.
Tour start at the Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice 906 Carroll Street, Durham, NC.
