“Periodic Tables: Missing Migrants – Identifying the Unknown Dead”

New tools for identification of missing migrants crossing the US-Mexico border includes isotopes, DNA, cranial measurements, and GPS mapping. Kate Spradley, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Anthropology at Texas State University, and Chelsey Juarez, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Anthropology and Sociology at NC State University, will share stories on the scientific efforts to identify the unknown dead.
