Human Rights Certificate Graduation Ceremony

We are very excited to celebrate our Human Rights Certificate graduates on Saturday, May 9. The ceremony and reception will be held in the Ahmadieh Family Lecture Hall in Smith Warehouse (Bay 4) at 114 S Buchanan Blvd, Durham NC 27701. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm and a reception will follow (with hors d’oeuvres and desserts). 

 

We will have a photographer taking photos throughout the ceremony, including one of each student posing with our Certificate Director as she presents them the certificate and a group photo immediately following the ceremony. We’ll share the photos with the students afterwards so they can share with their families and friends. 

 

Students and guests can park in the Smith South gated lot, south of the building. Parking pass is linked here and is attached. The QR code in the top corner of the parking pass can be scanned from a phone, or the pass can be printed. Duke Parking will not be ticketing within the gated lots on commencement weekend, so no need to display the pass on your dash if you’re inside a gated lot.
